Photo Wrap-up: Data Science Club Datathon 2020!

Earlier this semester we announced the start of CDS’s undergrad Data Science Club. As part of their plans for their first inaugural semester of operation they held a Datathon over last weekend. The members of the Data Science club split into different teams to race to complete a challenge set for them by Understood.org, who also sponsored the event.

Throughout the night the students cheered each other on and reminded each other to stay hydrated!

Alongside the actual Datathon challenge, teams also competed to win the “Team Spirit Award” for the DSC Virtual Datathon 2020. One late night attempted to clinch that prize was captured by Data Science club founder Aditya Singhal:
